I’m a regular walker of my dog but found that Nordic walking is walking at a whole new level.  I was able to push myself much easier with the pole technique and felt I was having an aerobic workout.  I would like to plan at least one Nordic walk into my week and would definitely recommend for fitness with the bonus that the instructor made it a fun experience”
